    Agreement

    These Terms govern your use of the Wondrlink Foundation Inc. website and programs. Wondrlink Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization (EIN: 33-4493221). By using our website or programs, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

    Medical disclaimer

    Wondrlink Foundation does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not a healthcare provider and we do not practice medicine.

    Everything we provide is educational. Specifically:

    • Information about clinical trials, expanded access, and compassionate use programs is general education, not a recommendation about your situation.
    • Our volunteers share educational materials and answer general questions about how these programs work. They do not give medical advice and are not acting as your clinical or legal representative.
    • Nothing we provide should replace the advice of your treating physician.

    Decisions about your treatment belong to you and your care team. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions.

    What we do

    Wondrlink Foundation provides:

    • Plain-language educational materials explaining how clinical trials, expanded access, and compassionate use programs work
    • A curated directory of trusted public resources, including ClinicalTrials.gov, the FDA Expanded Access program, the National Cancer Institute, and the Reagan-Udall Foundation
    • Help thinking through questions to bring to your own care team
    • WondrVoices, a community program delivering hand-made and digital cards to patients
    • WondrPath, a confidential health survey program that helps community organizations understand the health needs of the people they serve
    • Public education and awareness about patient access to investigational treatments

    Our technology

    Wondrlink Foundation is a small nonprofit without the resources to build software. The technology behind our programs — including WondrPath, WondrVoices, and WondrSites — is built and maintained by Malar, LLC and provided to the Foundation under license.

    While our programs are offered free of charge, Malar provides this technology at no cost to the Foundation. If a program becomes grant-funded in future, the Foundation and Malar will agree a fair market value for the technology supporting that program, documented as an addendum to the license.

    Malar, LLC processes and stores data collected through these programs on the Foundation's behalf. It does not use that data for its own purposes and does not sell or trade it.

    What we do not do

    To be clear about the limits of our role:

    • We do not give medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
    • We do not collect, review, organize, or store medical records or test results.
    • We do not identify, recommend, match, or enroll anyone in a specific clinical trial.
    • We do not contact physicians, insurers, drug developers, trial sites, or regulators on anyone's behalf.
    • We do not submit expanded access or compassionate use applications.
    • We do not provide individual case management, advocacy, or representation.
    • We do not guarantee access to any treatment, trial, or program.

    Third-party resources

    Our website links to external resources operated by government agencies, nonprofits, and other organizations. We provide these links for educational convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or privacy practices.

    Your responsibilities

    When using our website or programs, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate information when you contact us or apply to volunteer
    • Refrain from sending us medical records, test results, or other clinical documents
    • Use our services only for lawful purposes
    • Respect the privacy of others, and not share confidential information about other patients
    • Comply with applicable laws

    Donations

    Donations to Wondrlink Foundation Inc. support our educational and community programs and our general operations in furtherance of our mission. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at [email protected].

    Intellectual property

    Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is the property of Wondrlink Foundation Inc. or its licensors. You may use our educational materials for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Cards and artwork submitted to WondrVoices may be displayed in our online gallery and used in program materials; by submitting, you grant us permission to do so.

    Disclaimer of warranties

    Our website and programs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information we provide is complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

    Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wondrlink Foundation Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or programs. This includes, without limitation, decisions made in reliance on educational information we provide.

    Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

    Changes

    We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

    Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
